Strength and Pump is a format of functional strength training in small groups, organized through the Teambeats platform.
The workout is divided into segments of explosiveness, strength, and hypertrophy, and on a weekly basis into three categories – Lower body, Upper body, and Total body.

The Strength and Pump format focuses on enhancing both muscular and neural components. The workout progresses through three phases – explosiveness, strength, and hypertrophy. The explosiveness phase includes dynamic movements aimed at increasing movement speed and improving nervous system alertness. The strength phase involves performing traditional functional training exercises with the goal of gradually increasing external load over the weeks. The hypertrophy phase is designed to maximize muscle efficiency and growth. The weekly program is divided into lower body, upper body, and total body sessions, allowing you to have a complete workout in one week, or you can choose the session that interests you the most and combine it with SkillX.
THE JOURNEY

Step 1
Participants can book their class through the technogym app.

Step 2
When participants arrive at the kiosk, they simply log in to the Teambeats app.

Step 3
The trainer guides participants through the warmup, workout, and cooldown with the on-screen timer setting the pace.

Step 4
After each class, the individual heart rate breakdown is assessed to monitor compliance with the class.
