    SkillX, with its four programs, power, speed, agility and stamina, is a program based on the improvement of basic motor skills, all in a combination of endurance training and strength training. With the interval way of working out, using the latest generation of equipment used in the training practice of top athletes, SkillX introduces fitness training into the life of a modern person. Also, most people do not have enough time to train more than a few hours a week, and SkillX ensures that in that short period we achieve high results in a wide range of human motor potential.

    The disadvantage of group training is the lack of personalization, and SkillX allows us to measure the intensity of training by monitoring the heart rate when it comes to internal factors, and the variability of Skill equipment allows us to do it with external factors as well.
